34:1B-173 Agreement, cancelled, rescinded. 9. If a project fails to meet or comply with a condition or requirement set forth in a loan agreement with the authority or in rules and regulations of the authority, the authority may cancel or rescind the agreement or amend the agreement to reduce the amount of the loan or the term of the loan agreement.
