34:1B-21.14. Transfer of monies to Facility Revenue Fund 14. The State Treasurer shall, as soon as practicable after the effective date of this act, and upon appropriation by the Legislature, transfer to the Market Transition Facility Revenue Fund $100 million of the monies transferred to the DMV Surcharge Fund by the Market Transition Facility.
