34:1B-21.3. Definitions 3. For the purposes of sections 1 through 15 of this act: 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of Insurance. 'Division of Motor Vehicles Surcharge Fund' or 'DMV Surcharge Fund' means the fund created pursuant to section 12 of this act. 'Market Transition Facility' or 'facility' means the Market Transition Facility created pursuant to section 88 of P.L.1990, c.8 (C.17:33B-11). 'Market Transition Facility Revenue Fund' or 'Facility Revenue Fund' means the fund created pursuant to section 7 of this act. 'New Jersey Economic Development Authority' or 'authority' means the New Jersey Economic Development Authority created pursuant to section 4 of P.L.1974, c.80 (C.34:1B-4). L.1994,c.57,s.3.
