§ 34-1b-211

34:1B-211 Definitions relative to C.34:1B-210 et seq. 2. For purposes of sections 1 through 26 of P.L.2008, c.27 (C.34:1B-210 et seq.), the following terms shall have the meaning indicated: 'Authority' means the New Jersey Economic Development Authority established by P.L.1974, c.80 (C.34:1B-1 et seq.). 'Authority board' means the board of directors of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority established pursuant to P.L.1974, c.80 (C.34:1B-1 et seq.). 'Director' means the Director of the Division of Business Assistance, Marketing, and International Trade. 'Division' means the Division of Business Assistance, Marketing, and International Trade established by this act. L.2008, c.27, s.2.
