34:1B-45. Arrangement for financial assistance; repayment Upon receipt of a copy of the notice of approval of a project as an eligible project and accompanying statement of the terms of financial assistance, the State Treasurer shall arrange with the sponsor of the eligible project the provision of financial assistance for which the project has been approved. The terms of financial assistance shall require that any assistance from the fund provided by the sponsor to a participant shall be repaid to the fund by the participant. L.1983, c. 190, s. 10, eff.
