§ 34-1b-7-52

34:1B-7.52. Supersedure by act 8. It is the intent of the Legislature that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this act and any other law pertaining to the purposes of this act, to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency, the provisions of this act shall be enforced and the provisions of the other law shall be of no effect.
