34:1B-7.6. Annual report The authority shall annually report to the Governor and the Legislature concerning the financing of projects undertaken, and concerning projects planned to be undertaken, pursuant to this act. The report shall include a description of consideration given in each project to the factors set forth in section 5 of this act. The first report shall be made on or before July 1, 1983, and subsequent reports shall be made on July 1 of each year thereafter. L.1981, c. 505, s. 6.
