34:1B-92. Report to Governor, Legislature 5. The department shall, within 18 months following the effective date of this act, submit a report to the Governor and the Legislature describing the efforts made by the department, or a designated nonprofit entity, to promote public-private partnerships to develop State and foreign relocation missions, the total number of such missions established and any recommendations for legislation to better effectuate the goals of this act.
