34:5A-28. Joint report Within two years of the effective date of this act the Department of Health, the Department of Environmental Protection, and the Department of Labor shall jointly prepare and submit to the Governor and the Legislature a report evaluating the implementation of this act, together with any recommendations for legislative or administrative action deemed necessary or appropriate.
