34:5A-35. Specifications required 4. Any private or public agency letting contracts for any activity involving the application, enclosure, repair, removal or encapsulation of asbestos in any structure for which a license is required shall include in these contracts specifications that these contracts are to be performed by contractors and subcontractors licensed by the Commissioner of Labor.
