Discrimination against complaining employee; penalties Any employer who discriminates against or otherwise sanctions an employee who complains or cooperates with the Commissioner of Labor or Health, or the designee thereof, in administering this act is a disorderly person and upon conviction is subject to the penalties specified in section 10 of this act.
