§ 34-6a-17

34:6A-17. Existing rights or remedies unaffected; burden of care This act shall not in any way enlarge or diminish any right or remedy otherwise existent pursuant to the Revised Statutes of New Jersey or at common law, or increase the burden of care ordinarily imposed by the common law of the State upon those within its jurisdiction.
