34:6A-47. Advisors to commission of capital budgeting and planning on workplace safety and health The Commissioner of Labor, the Commissioner of Community Affairs and the Commissioner of Health shall serve in an advisory capacity to the New Jersey Commission on Capital Budgeting and Planning on matters of workplace safety and health, to ensure that new construction meets the standards established by this act.
