34:15-120.7. Rules, regulations The commissioner may make all rules and regulations necessary for the processing and payment of compensation out of the 'uninsured employer's fund.' The commissioner shall promulgate, in accordance with the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), regulations to establish and administer an application and review process for claims made against the fund.
