34:15-90.3 Effective date. 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009, except that the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance may take such anticipatory administrative action in advance as shall be necessary for the orderly transition of the new Compensation Rating and Inspection Bureau and proper implementation of this act.
