34:6-122. License required No dwelling, tenement, or room therein, or building situated immediately in the rear of a tenement or dwelling shall be used for the purpose of manufacturing, altering, repairing, finishing or distributing therein, for hire or reward, any goods whatsoever unless a license is secured therefor, as provided in this article.
