34:6-154. Information confidential, use by apparel industry unit 8. Information obtained or collected by the department pursuant to this act shall be exempt from P.L.1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.), and shall be used exclusively by the apparel industry unit in effectuating the purposes of this act.
