34:6-157. Appropriation 11. a. There is appropriated from the General Fund $350,000.00 to the Division of Workplace Standards in the Department of Labor to effectuate the purposes of this act. b. Receipts from registration fees and penalties collected pursuant to the provisions of this act, up to $350,000.00, shall be deposited in the General Fund. Receipts in excess of that amount are appropriated to the division to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1987,c.458,s.11.
