34:8-74 Calculation of unemployment benefit experience. 8. The employee leasing company shall provide to each client company, upon signing of an employee leasing agreement, written disclosure as to the method to be utilized for calculation of unemployment benefit experience contribution rates and temporary disability contribution rates upon both the inception and dissolution of the employee leasing relationship.
