34:8-77 Compliance with C.17:22A-1 et seq. 11. Nothing in this act shall exempt an employee leasing company or any employee thereof from compliance with the provisions of P.L.1987, c.293 (C.17:22A-1 et seq.) if its activities fall within the scope of that act or any regulation promulgated pursuant to that act.
