35:2-3. Price for publishing advertisements to be printed therewith There shall be printed and published on and with every official advertisement a statement of the price therefor established by law, which price shall be the legal amount due for the whole length of time that the same is to be published. No charge shall be made or recovery had for publishing any official advertising unaccompanied by such statement of price.
