35:2-3.2. Publication outside municipality additional requirement This authorization of such publication shall in no wise relieve the governing body from the requirements of publication of all legal notices, ordinances, resolutions, audits or notices in any newspaper published within the county, city, borough, township or municipality now, duly authorized by law to publish the same but shall be in addition to the legal requirements and not in place thereof.
