36:2-215 'National Dwarfism Awareness Month,' October; designated. 1. The month of October of each year shall be designated as 'National Dwarfism Awareness Month' to promote public understanding of dwarfism, to improve efforts to support people with dwarfism and end discrimination towards them, and to celebrate their contributions to New Jersey's economic strength and social diversity.
