36:2-91 'Gifted and Talented Students Month,' March; designated. 1. The Legislature hereby designates the month of March of each year as 'Gifted and Talented Students Month' in New Jersey in order to raise public awareness of gifted and talented students so that they may be identified and matched with a program that will nurture their abilities.
