38:25A-20. Sale of artificial white clovers in violation of act The sale or offering for sale of any such white clover or white clovers except as herein provided shall be construed as presumptive evidence of intent to evade the provisions and restrictions of this act and upon conviction any person so charged shall be deemed and adjudged a disorderly person.
