38:25A-7. Presumptive evidence; offense The sale or offering for sale of any such poppies or poppy except as herein provided shall be construed as presumptive evidence of intent to evade the provisions and restrictions of this act and upon conviction any person so charged shall be deemed and adjudged a disorderly person.
