§ 38-25-1

38:25-1. History of municipality's participation in world war The governing body of any municipality may prepare or have prepared a history of the part taken by such municipality or its citizens in the activities incident to or caused by their participation in the world war. Such governing body may make contracts for the publishing of the history and provide for the distribution thereof without cost or for sale. It may defray the costs of such work by appropriation in its annual budget.
