§ 38-25-12

38:25-12. Preservation of record of proceedings of Spanish American war veterans; appropriation The state treasurer shall, upon the warrant of the comptroller, pay, on the first day of May in each year, on requisition of the department commander, Spanish American War Veterans, Department of New Jersey, the sum of one thousand dollars, to the assistant quartermaster of such department or to such other officer as shall be designated. Such sum shall be used for the compilation and preservation of the record of proceedings of the Spanish American War Veterans, Department of New Jersey.
