38:25-4. Printing and publication of compilation; appropriation Upon the completion of such compilation, the adjutant general shall proceed to have the same printed and published in one or more volumes of suitable size for reference purposes. He may expend for such compilation, printing and publishing, such sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, as shall be appropriated for such purpose in any appropriation bill.
