38A:3-2b2.1 Quarterly town hall meetings with veterans' guardians. 1. The Division of Veterans' Healthcare Services in the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs shall ensure that each veterans' memorial home shall hold quarterly town hall meetings with all veterans' guardians appointed pursuant to section 1 of P.L.1993, c.281 (C.38A:3-2b2), and persons otherwise having the veteran's power of attorney. The meetings may take place in-person or remotely using the Internet or other electronic means. L.2021, c.215.
