38A:3-2e. Loans, grants, services director The Division of Veterans' Loans, Grants and Services shall be under the immediate supervision of a director who shall be an honorably discharged veteran qualified by training and experience to direct the work of the division. The director shall be appointed by the Adjutant General, with the approval of the Governor, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Adjutant General. L. 1987, c. 444, s. 33.
