38A:3-4.1. Administrator The Administrator of Veterans' Affairs shall be an honorably discharged veteran qualified by training and experience to perform the duties of the office and shall be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate. The administrator shall, under the supervision of the Adjutant General, direct and oversee the activities of the Director of the Division of Veterans' Administrative Services, the Director of the Division of Veterans' Loans, Grants and Services and the Director of the Division of Veterans' Training, Information and Referrals.
