38A:3-42 Meetings, hearings. 5. The commission shall meet at the call of the chairperson and hold hearings at such places as it shall designate. A meeting of the commission may also be called upon the request of eight of the commission members and eight members of the commission shall constitute a quorum at any meeting thereof.
