38A:3-6.12. Funds The Adjutant General is authorized and empowered to accept and receive funds from the United States Government or any agency thereof, and to accept and receive payments from all members, their family, relatives and friends, towards the cost of care and treatment as provided in the rules and regulations pertaining thereto.
