38A:3-6.17. Functions, powers, duties transferred to Adjutant General All the functions, powers and duties of the Commissioner of Human Services in regard to the New Jersey Veterans' Memorial Home for Disabled Soldiers at Menlo Park or the New Jersey Memorial Home for Disabled Soldiers, Sailors, Marines and Their Wives and Widows at Vineland are hereby transferred to and vested in the Adjutant General.
