38A:3-6.4a. Definitions 5. As used in sections 5 and 6 of P.L.1996, c.150 (C.38A:3-6.4a and 38A:3-6.4b): 'Adjutant General' means the Adjutant General of the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs.
