38A:3-6.5. Application for admission to veterans' facility All applications for admission to a veterans' facility shall be made to, and in the manner and form prescribed by, the Adjutant General. The applicant shall provide a statement that he will accept placement in the facility designated by the Adjutant General, and that he will abide by the rules, regulations and discipline of the facility to which admitted.
