38A:3-6.9. Removal of member from veterans' facility Any member may be removed from a veterans' facility on being restored to ability to promote his own support and welfare in the community, or for immorality, or for fraud or willful misrepresentation, or refusal to abide by the rules, regulations and discipline of the veterans' facility.
