38A:3-9. United States Property and Fiscal Officer The Governor shall appoint, designate or detail, subject to Federal laws and regulations, an officer of the National Guard of this State to be the United States Property and Fiscal Officer for this State. All such powers, functions and duties which are or may be imposed upon the United States Property and Fiscal Officer of the State by Federal laws and regulations shall be exercised and performed by such officer.
