38A:4-1. Eligibility, qualifications and administration Officers and enlisted members of the organized militia shall be commissioned, warranted or enlisted with such qualifications and administered under such regulations as the Governor may prescribe except as otherwise prescribed by applicable Federal laws or regulations or by this Title.
