38A:7-1. Organizations and units The National Guard shall consist of those organizations and units which are or hereafter may be authorized by Federal law and regulations issued thereunder for the National Guard. No change in branch, organization or allotment of a unit may be made without approval of the Governor. L.1963, c. 109.
