38A:7-4. Federal recognition of officers and enlisted members Subject to such exceptions as may be set forth in Federal laws and regulations, or as otherwise prescribed by this Title, all officers and enlisted members of the National Guard shall meet the qualifications for Federal recognition as officers or enlisted members of the National Guard and be so recognized.
