39:3C-12 Notification of destruction, theft, permanent removal. 12. It shall be the duty of every owner of a snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle, or dirt bike registered pursuant to P.L.1973, c.307 (C.39:3C-1 et seq.) to notify the commission, in writing, of the destruction, theft, or permanent removal of the snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle, or dirt bike from the State, to surrender the certificate of registration within 10 days in the event of the destruction, theft, or permanent removal of the snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle, or dirt bike from the State.
