39:3C-21 Post-accident procedures. 21. The operator of any snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle, or dirt bike involved in an accident resulting in injuries or death of any person or property damage shall comply with the procedures in R.S.39:4-129 and R.S.39:4-130.
