39:3C-29 Deposit of moneys. 29. The chief administrator shall deposit in the 'Off-Road Vehicle Recreational Fund,' established pursuant to section 31 of P.L.2009, c.275 (C.39:3C-3.1) all moneys received by the chief administrator from the additional $10 payment required to be made at the time of registration of snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, and dirt bikes in accordance with subsection f. of section 3 of P.L.1973, c.307 (C.39:3C-3).
