§ 39-6a-19

39:6A-19. Rules and regulations The Commissioner of Insurance is hereby authorized and empowered to prescribe, adopt, promulgate, rescind and enforce such reasonable rules and regulations as may be required to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1972, c. 203, s. 9, eff. Dec. 26, 1972.
