39:10-31. 'Salvage certificate of title' defined As used in this act 'salvage certificate of tile' means a document issued by the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles which serves as proof of ownership of a motor vehicle and provides a method of transfer of the vehicle only as a salvage motor vehicle.
