§ 39-10-35

39:10-35. Fee for inspection The director shall establish a fee for the inspections required under sections 3 and 4 of this act. The fees shall be deposited in a non-lapsing fund which is dedicated to the administration of this act. L.1983, c. 323, s. 5.
