§ 39-10-9-1

39:10-9.1. Used police patrol car; designation on certificate of ownership In every sale or transfer of a used motor vehicle which has been used as a police patrol car, whether said patrol car bore markings identifying it as such or not, the certificate of ownership shall state that said motor vehicle was used as a police patrol car, and shall continue to so state on each subsequent sale or transfer.
