39:12-2.2 Provision of list of licensed drivers' schools to school districts. 2. The Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles shall, by January 31st of each year, provide to the Department of Education a list of all drivers' schools licensed by the director pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1951, c.216 (C.39:12-2) and the department shall disseminate the list to all school districts in the State.
